Add-Ons

If you would like to extend your massage session, but insurance only covers a 60 minute treatment, I offer self-pay services (pricing below):

15 minute add-on: $26.25
30 minute add-on: $52.50

I offer hot stones, cupping, and gua sha (fascial scraping) at no extra charge.

  • Heated stones are used to target specific areas of tissue to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension and encourage relaxation.

  • Cupping uses suction to direct blood flow towards a targeted area of soft tissue. It also stimulates the peripheral nervous system to alter and reduce feelings of pain within muscles. The therapist may use them either statically (in place) or dynamically (gliding across tissue). Cupping may reduce pain, boost the immune system and support the natural detoxing systems of the body.

  • The therapist uses a stainless steel tool with beveled edges, and applies it across targeted areas of skin, myofascia, muscles and tendons to effectively break down fascial restrictions and scar tissue.

  • $25 - The CBD/Cannabidiol oil is a nut-free blend of Jojoba, Sunflower, and Grapeseed oil, blended with a 100 MG full spectrum CBD oil. The concentrate is a proprietary and powerful blend of organic White Willow extract, CBD oil, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E oil and Shea Butter. Some benefits of topical CBD and White Willow bark include analgesic (pain-relief), anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties as well as stress reduction. All products are non-psychoactive.

*Must be at least 21 years of age to schedule.
